Three Simple Rules for Investing

Hope all is well and you are gearing up for the holidays! These are busy times and we know that your time is limited. Below is a 3 minute video of Matson Money CEO, Mark Matson, being interviewed on

Fox Business last Friday. You will notice his consistency of own equities, be diversified and rebalance. Your Matson portfolios are designed to do just that.

       1) Your accounts are rebalanced every quarter. That means they(Matson Money) will sell what is high in your portfolio and buy what is low. Keeping your mix percentages on target.

       2) Stay diversified. Your portfolios own almost 13,000 holdings in 45 countries! That means your money is invested in 13,000 companies and governments globally!

       3) Own stocks(equities). You have a portion of your money in stocks. Anywhere from 25% to 95% of your portfolio, depending on your risk level requested at time of account opening.

This investment philosophy is based on academic research from professors of various colleges and universities. These portfolios are not designed by Wall Street. Don't let the media convince you

that you need to be buying and selling to win. Let's stay focused on the 3 simple rules above!
